Done for the Trading Post No. 32 over at Yerf.com. Anna`s character, the Snail Lady! I was trying to experiment with a crosshatching style applied to color, and I think it turned out okay. Done in Prismacolor pencils on colored canson paper.

i'm surprised you haven't got more comments on this one. it's really lovely, the colors, the crosshatch style, the composition...i wish i was this good.

I had to double-check myself:
"Is that colored pencil?" I thought.
And when I clicked on it, I was like: "HECK YES, IT IS! :heart:"

This is beautiful. The colors, the crosshatching, and the fact that there's a snail anthro.

I never could do decent cross-hatching :O
You pulled it off so well! I love the lines especially around the moon because it looks like a tile mosaic. Very lovely :D
The bubbles are also pretty awesome ^^
